What an orvey studio keeps, what it sends to whom and how to remove it. The studio is run by its owner (the operator); questions go to the studio's administrator.
What is kept
Account: login, password hash, role, token balance and its history.
What you make: prompts, settings, pictures, uploaded references, folders, ratings, notes and choices made on review pages.
Connected apps (Claude, ChatGPT, Codex and others): the app's name and hashes of the keys issued to it; the keys themselves are not stored.
A technical log: time, MCP method, tool name, outcome, the app's name and User-Agent. Request arguments and prompts are not logged.
IP address, only while rate-limiting sign-in attempts.
Who receives data
The model provider configured by the operator: the prompt, settings and references needed to draw or describe a picture.
The AI chat you use (Claude, ChatGPT): tool results — picture links, descriptions, your choices — handled under that service's own policy.
Nobody else. No selling, no ads, no third-party trackers; cookies are used only to sign in to the studio.
Links
Picture links are signed and expire (usually after a day); review links after up to seven days. Anyone holding such a link can open it until it expires.
Retention and deletion
Pictures and prompts stay until you or the operator delete them; deleted pictures go to the trash first.
Revoke any app's access in the studio: Settings → Agents and API.
To delete your whole account, ask the studio's administrator.
The technical log lives in the server's system journal and rotates as it fills.
Children
The studio is not meant for children under 13.
Changes
When these rules change, the date at the bottom changes too.
